The hostess Lynnda warmly welcomed us with cake and tea. The building and the furnishings are very stylish; typical English. The breakfast was absolutely top class. The beds were very comfortable. Absolutely recommendable.
I can't think of anything.

Amazing breakfast 🥞 with plenty of delicious choices - it was big and satisfying! We stayed in a fancy deluxe king room that had its own private garden and bathroom for two nights.

Overall our experience was good. The owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome. Tea and cake on arrival was a nice touch and they informed us of things to see in the area. Breakfast was excellent.
Nothing much to dislike really. We could hear the people in the ajoining room, but I suppose in a building that age that is bound to happen.

Lovely welcome. Served big pot of tea and coffee on arrival, not forgetting freshly made cake. The room had every amenity you could want. Very high standard of cleanliness. The owners were very friendly and welcoming without being overly in your face. Breakfast was a feast, loads to choose from. Toast from fresh, chunky bread, (not presliced stuff), lovely fruit salad, huge range of cereals etc. Alternatives to full English, such as freshly cooked to order pancakes. Only three bedrooms, so like a little boutique hotel really. Loads of places to visit in the vicinity.

The little things, the Landlady had thought of everthing, fruit/bottled water in our room, a fantastic selection of teas etc loads of toiletries and the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel or B&B. Food cooked on Agar, not fried so no grease in sight.

On arrival a cup of tea or coffee and a soft delicious brownie and receiving a thankyou for coming email after you got home.
Room Key was dodgy, but being that old it had every right to be.
